This is a remote work position where you will be an integral part of our consumer services team, focusing on concierge calls and provider-matching calls to meet client needs.
We're looking for an experienced individual with over 1 year of making outbound calls, including appointment setting. If you have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting basic provider data research, and maintaining professional phone conversations while jotting down key points accurately.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proficient written and verbal communication skills, experience in BPO customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and think creatively.
