Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote setting, working directly with prospective learners to align our offerings with their career goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative approach, balancing productivity and quality while exceeding enrollment targets.


Position Details
  • Position Title: Sales Specialist
  • Working Rhythm: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 8 PM (rota schedule). We operate globally, so expect to be connected outside of these hours occasionally
  • Reporting To: Sales Team Lead
  • Start Date: As Soon as Possible
Key Responsibilities
  • Spend 80% of your day engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats, providing tailored, value-driven conversations.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, guide learners through the application process, and conduct outbound calls to convert high-priority leads.
  • Follow up with leads, adapting strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
  • Track inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely responses within SLAs.
  • Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales (bonus points if you have education, EdTech, or SaaS experience).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening; ability to adapt approach to each learner and guide them to the right program.
