Content Production Lead

We are seeking an experienced Content Production Lead to oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Task & Workflow Management
    • Manage content tasks in our platform, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
    • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
    • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
  • Project & Process Management
    • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows in our platform, SharePoint, and other tools.
    • Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
    • Ensure timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays with solutions.
    • Use AI tools and agents to improve processes, workflow, and reports.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives.
    • Track content targets, provide bi-weekly reports, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage team PTO schedules and implement contingency plans to maintain content production.
