Channel Partnerships Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic channel partnerships plan to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of 200 target partners across various industries, prioritized based on fit and potential.
  • Execute a 3-step outreach process via CRM sequences, including email, LinkedIn DM, and phone calls, to generate SQLs.
  • Draft and facilitate the use of a partner deck and joint value proposition to onboard new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and accurate revenue attribution.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of the channel partnerships strategy.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales (SaaS or fintech preferred).
  • Strong research and prospecting skills, with proficiency in tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with industry associations, supply-chain networks, or ERP/channel ecosystems.

Success Metrics:

  • Weekly: at least 8 partner-generated SQLs booked; less than 10% invalid SQL rate.
  • Monthly: at least 32 SQL meetings held; partner show-rate of at least 60%.
  • 6-month milestone: PHP 1M partner-led ARR and a signed standard MOU template.
