Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a high-performing role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of proven success in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary: Key Opinion Leader and Affiliate Management
  • Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/Brands/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
  • Handle negotiations, onboarding, and all necessary paperwork for smooth integration
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing return on investment
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs
  • Search Engine Optimization and Backlink Strategy
  • Interact with external vendors to build backlinks and implement link-building strategies
  • Track and maintain Tap's backlink profile to ensure healthy link structures
  • Research the crypto ecosystem and find new link opportunities using the latest search techniques and competitor backlink analysis
Requirements:
  • A recommendation letter from the most recent employer is mandatory
  • Must be able to demonstrate performance data or case studies of previous success
  • Key qualities: Proactivity, independence, accountability

The successful Affiliate Marketing Specialist will work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth through affiliate marketing channels.
