Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market execution of co-branded partner products in the LATAM region. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and revolutionize the telecommunications market using our cloud communications solution.

  • Develop and execute marketing activities to support sales and partner objectives, including account-based marketing, events, promotions, and digital marketing.
  • Create sales tools and training materials to empower sales teams to effectively articulate product value and overcome objections.
  • Build strong working relationships with LATAM service providers and partner teams, distributing marketing communications to internal and external teams to elevate collective knowledge of channel programs and operations.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and updates.
  • Work with partners to develop customer case studies and testimonials for awareness, develop sales pitches, and gather customer feedback for product development.
  • Deliver competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets, create resources, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing activities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing programs, driving data-driven decisions and maximizing ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Channel Marketing, preferably managing National Partners.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) at a business level.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Ability to develop and implement customer-specific marketing programs independently.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to problem solve and provide great work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Campaign management experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
  • Provide on-site event support, including assisting with the lifting and movement of items up to 15 lbs.
  • Experience within the technology industry, preferably in UCaaS, CCaS, or SaaS companies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
