Key Role Summary

This position is a strategic partnership role that involves working closely with clients and their offshore teams to drive business success, foster positive workplace cultures, and identify opportunities for growth and development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth, improve service delivery, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Partner with clients to maximize the performance of their offshore teams through coaching, training, and development programs.
  • Support clients in the identification and implementation of initiatives that foster positive workplace cultures and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and develop strategies for expanding their offshore teams efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these needs.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Account Revenue Growth and Protection: Grow and Retain Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of the Account.
  • Multiplier Retention Rate and Engagement: Improved retention of high-performing offshore staff, driven by strong HR management, development programs, and positive workplace cultures.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Client Satisfaction: Achieve high Client satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional quality service and operational success and strategic HR value through effective team management and employee engagement initiatives.
