
Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a top-producing real estate professional.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with real estate professionals, particularly at Keller Williams, and be skilled in social media marketing. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, collaborate directly with a top-producing real estate agent, learn real estate tools and marketing strategies, and grow based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage brand consistency and engagement across social media platforms.
- Run basic reports and assist with paid ads on Facebook and Google.
- Develop and send monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and website updates.
- Organize and manage leads using CRM tools.
- Tag, update, and clean contact data to ensure accurate information.
- Use skip tracing techniques to validate lead information.
- Nurture leads via SMS, email, and follow-up communications.
- Provide daily EOD reports to the real estate agent.
- Assist with buyer/seller presentations and maintain systems for tracking sales activity.
- Use tools like Asana, GSuite, and Excel to manage administrative tasks.
- Experience supporting a real estate professional, preferably with Keller Williams.
- Strong skills in social media marketing and CRM tools.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual.
- Ability to work EST hours (Maryland time).
