We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our operations, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth administrative processes across three U.S.-based companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping & Billing: Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance. Manage all billing processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of real estate contracts to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, respond to calls, and handle general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
