About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, handling emails and correspondence, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Handling emails, correspondence, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Making travel arrangements and managing logistics for domestic and international trips

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of diplomacy
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
  4. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
