Office Administration Manager

As a key member of the cc1 Jorken Construction Supply team, the Office Administration Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation of bid proposals, contracts, and permits.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site visits for the team.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and construction materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, project management tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
