About the Role
We are looking for a Back Office Administration Lead who can effectively manage administrative tasks, provide HR support, and contribute to business growth at Access E-Talk Plus, Inc.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Back Office Manager to develop and implement effective administrative processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Handling employee queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Providing support in budget planning, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate financial data.
Essential Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field, with a strong understanding of organizational behavior and dynamics.
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a supervisory role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with HR systems and software.
