About the Role
We are seeking an Office Administrator with HR Focus to join our HR department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Process and monitor timekeeping and payroll, including overtime, site allowances, and other project-specific compensation
- Handle documentation related to employee records, project assignments, permits, and clearances
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers regarding manpower requirements and administrative needs
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and construction-related government regulations
- Support general office administration, including inventory of supplies, filing, and preparation of reports
- Assist in implementing safety protocols and HR policies, especially for construction site employees
- Organize HR-related activities, trainings, and employee engagement programs
- Facilitate communication between field personnel and head office for HR/Admin matters

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of HR/Admin experience in the construction industry
- Basic understanding of construction project site operations and workforce dynamics
- Familiarity with payroll processing and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
