About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to lead our Procurement Section.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of procurement law and related processes, as well as excellent supervision skills.

Key responsibilities include preparing procurement plans, acting as a technical advisor on procurement matters, and performing other related duties inherent to the position.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accountancy, or any degree relevant to the job.

Career Service (Professional) – Second Level Eligibility is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 16 hours of relevant training and 2 years of relevant experience.
