Job Overview

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing administrative tasks.

The role requires overseeing daily operations, performing various administrative duties, and serving as the main point of contact between staff and executives.

  • Manage calendars, generate correspondence, answer calls, manage travel itineraries, schedule appointments, and plan regular corporate meetings.
  • Create process documentation to improve current processes and increase efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Assist with new hires, including onboarding, and collaborate to address employee concerns.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders while maintaining confidential information.

This position involves working with different CRMs and emphasizes attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

To be successful, you should have at least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Prior experience organizing and directing multiple projects and tasks is essential. Familiarity with project management tools, technology, word-processing software, spreadsheets, and CRMs is also required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this position.
