
Senior Administrative Support Specialist

This is a remote position that supports senior leadership with administrative operations for a fast-paced, project-driven organization in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools to support proposals, project updates, and internal communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
- Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role; industry experience in construction management preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
