
Senior Administrative Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a small business owner.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel, licensing, and research
- Provide general administrative support and project coordination
- Support personal executive tasks as needed
- Accounting/Finance Support Functions:
- Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable)
- Maintain financial records, track expense reports, and prepare basic reports
- Work with internal accounting systems and software to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with the owner to ensure data integrity and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience working with international teams or offshore environments
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong English fluency; neutral accent preferred
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently
