Organizational Transformation Specialist

As an Organizational Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving successful organizational transitions and transformations. You will be responsible for end-to-end change management— including impact analysis, planning, communication, training, and implementation—ensuring that changes are well-adopted across teams, culture, and business processes.

Job Description:

This role involves conducting change impact assessments, developing mitigation strategies, creating communication plans and materials to inform and engage employees, managing stakeholder engagement at all levels to secure buy-in and support, designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with new skills and knowledge, facilitating change implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are achieved, monitoring progress, analyzing feedback, and preparing reports and recommendations.
