Job Summary

This is a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transaction management, compliance, and regulatory adherence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all necessary requirements to complete real estate escrow transactions.
  • Collecting and reviewing required documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing and reviewing CD/HUD forms using lender instructions, ensuring accurate financial calculations and documentation.
  • Assembling, preparing, and reviewing all closing documents before the closing date to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Calculating prorated taxes and interest to ensure accurate financial disbursements at closing.
  • Preparing and disbursing checks as part of the closing process, ensuring correct financial allocation and distribution.
  • Balancing and disbursing funds to close escrow accounts, ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • At least three years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal.
  • Clear and confident English communication by phone and email, able to articulate complex information effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
