
Administrative Support Specialist

The position of Administrative Assistant entails performing a range of skilled clerical tasks, providing support to supervisors across various departments, and offering essential administrative assistance to the team. This role involves working under the supervision of a License and Compliance Supervisor to facilitate collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders; and handling liaison work in the department, consisting of 50% fieldwork and 50% office work.
Job Requirements
- Holder of a four-year degree; preferably in Social Work, Communication, or Business-related field
- At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, or in a related field. Experience in License and Compliance is preferred
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork to liaise with relevant government agencies or entities to secure/maintain licenses/certifications and regulatory compliance
- Strong English communication abilities (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- High attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Team player, creative, and resourceful
- Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near the workplace location
