Third Party Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled vendor management specialist to oversee the performance of third-party vendors within the Consumer domain. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that these vendors meet the required standards, foster positive relationships, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of third-party vendors in terms of quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to drive operations improvements and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor performance, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical, process, and operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization to streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in vendor management or consumer operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
