Job Description

This role involves delivering high-quality and efficient payroll, benefits, and human resources administration to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a full range of customer outsourced activities within the managed services offering, in a quality and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the management and maintenance of: new hires and terminations, leave administration, third-party maintenance, reporting, calendar of events, change controls, inquiry management and issue resolution activities, year-end processing, tax and remittance filing/reconciliation, process documentation, maintaining a working knowledge of legislative requirements and changes.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of client requirements and their changing needs to ensure services delivered are as per contractual obligations and in accordance with client service level agreements.
  • Communicate effectively and consistently (in writing and verbally) to clients, employees, internal partners, and third-party vendors in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Deliver on established quality targets and continually review processes and tools with an aim to improve and optimize the service experience.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to meet client needs.
