Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a focus on data management and reporting.
Preferred Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or outbound sales roles, with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with technical products, with a preference for luxury systems and home automation.
  • Comfortable handling conversations around high-ticket upgrades, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
