Intake Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and hard-working individuals to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and professionally in the role of Financial CSRs working from home as Intake Specialists.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls to gather relevant information regarding client claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Gather details on plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.
  • Enter all details into the case management system and create leads, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Assign leads to account executives and provide excellent caller experiences to clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 3 years experience in Customer Service Representative roles in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet skills, ensuring proficiency in technical tools.
  • Ability to work shifting schedules, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management, maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
Home Office Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up, meeting minimum hardware requirements.
  • Noise cancelling headset, promoting comfort and productivity.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup, ensuring business continuity.
  • Dual monitor, enhancing workflow efficiency.
