
Strategic Talent Development Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Leader to oversee the evolution of our talent acquisition process and capabilities towards one that is consistently viewed as strategic, consultative, and proactive.
The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap to enhance and transform the company's global talent acquisition capabilities. They will bring demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring talent acquisition programs, processes, and initiatives.
This role is not responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities but rather focuses on driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and track meaningful metrics to drive improvement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the talent acquisition process and capabilities
- Development and implementation of a strategic roadmap for global talent acquisition
- Driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment
- Analysis and development of metrics to measure success
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and track meaningful metrics
- Experience working in a global role and establishing effective relationships with Sr Leaders, Executives, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
