Talent Attraction Lead

This role oversees the end-to-end executive recruitment process, from needs assessment and role scoping to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation. It involves close collaboration with senior leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure the hiring process is aligned with the organization's leadership framework and values.

  • The Talent Attraction Manager leads the development and execution of strategic talent attraction initiatives that enable business growth and human capital goals.
  • This includes building and maintaining a robust pipeline of senior and critical talents aligned with the organization's future leadership and capability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Oversee the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including needs assessment, role scoping, candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain relationships with external executive search firms and manage market intelligence on talent trends.
  • Continuously improve executive hiring practices to ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years' experience in managerial capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year business related course.
