OD Officer for Talent Development

This role focuses on enhancing the skills of employees across various departments. The OD Officer will design training programs, facilitate workshops, and assess their effectiveness to ensure they align with business objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps in different departments.
  • Developing learning interventions based on the framework.
  • Designing a training catalog, curriculum, and learning modules tailored to organizational needs.
  • Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions using various methodologies.
  • Organizing leadership development, team-building workshops, and soft skills training.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training attendance, progress, and certifications.
  • Implementing post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
  • Analyzing training data and preparing reports on learning progress, skill development, and employee performance improvements.
  • Making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in corporate training.
  • Ensuring all employees complete mandatory training sessions, including compliance, data privacy, safety protocols, and workplace ethics.

Job Qualifications

">
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Development, or any equivalent courses.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is a plus.
  • Certifications in Training & Development, Adult Learning, or Instructional Design are an advantage.
  • Strong external and internal stakeholder management.
  • Nice to have skills: Physical and E-Learning Training Design & Facilitation, Data Analytics & Reporting, Compliance & Labor Law Knowledge, Public Speaking & Presentation Skills, Creativity & Innovation, Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Coaching Skills, Employee Retention.
