We are seeking a highly skilled HR Benefits Advisor to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering U.S. benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and flexible spending.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our U.S. benefits team as the main point of contact for all inquiries, annual open enrollment, leaves, and accommodations. You will work closely with payroll department and/or employees to ensure proper benefits deductions or payments are made on a timely basis.

To succeed in this role, you must have 1+ year of experience in benefits administration or human resources, preferably in a high-growth, scaling technology environment. A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in psychology, human resources, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.

You should have excellent writing and editing skills, basic proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and mid-to-advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP formula and pivot tables. A passion for customer service with strong interpersonal skills is essential, as well as willingness to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday.
