Job Description

At St. Catherine Realty Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing and Rental Staff to join our team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding new tenants for residential or commercial rental properties, handling the signing of leases, Notary of Contract of Lease, and providing exceptional customer service to existing tenants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Leasing: Meet with prospective tenants, take them on tours of available units, and highlight the benefits of our properties.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and execute Contracts of Lease in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Rental Payments and Fees: Follow up on rental payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lease Renewals and Negotiations: Negotiate lease renewals, including communicating changes in prices or terms and conditions to tenants.
  • Property Maintenance and Support: Coordinate necessary property maintenance and resolve tenant complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Tenant Communication: Inform tenants of any changes to their rental agreement, upcoming events, or issues associated with the property.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Record and update tenant information, statements of account, and monthly rental collection reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Advertise available properties and conduct property tours as part of marketing activities to attract new tenants.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Inspect properties when tenants take occupation and vacate, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Tenant Relations: Address tenant complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain and store tenant documents effectively, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Female Candidates: We welcome applications from female candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  • Age: Candidates must be at least 23 years old.
  • Education: A graduate degree in business, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication and reporting skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven track record of sales and customer relations experience.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a similar role.
