About the Role

The Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of JFC's facilities and support services. This encompassing role includes managing facilities, property, and portfolio, project management, support services, and administration.

Moreover, the Facilities Management Team Leader ensures all FM personnel strictly adhere to functional operating procedures and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facilities, property, and portfolio across multiple sites
  • Oversee project management and support services
  • Maintain high standards of facility maintenance and operations

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all FM personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Valid engineering license
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in professional facilities and property management
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on driving solutions and continuous improvements
  • Ability to build effective relationships and handle confidential information
  • Experience in multi-site management with regular alignment meetings with stakeholders
What We Offer
