Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Work closely with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make System Soft a top place to work.
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Assist in drafting Offer Letters and Employment Agreements and coordinate onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on complex, sensitive questions and administration of routine tasks in sensitive situations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance and manage group benefit plans.
  • Point of contact for investigations and address employee complaints/allegations.
