Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • This role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Employee relations: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, providing support and guidance to employees, and addressing conflicts or issues promptly.
  • HR administration: Oversee day-to-day HR tasks such as benefits administration, time-off management, and employee data maintenance.
  • Training and development: Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
  • Policies and procedures: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in an Australian-based organization.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, especially Western Australian (WA) laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
