Workday HCM Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of Human Capital Management solutions. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday solutions for clients.

  • You will serve as a Workday expert, leveraging your knowledge to recommend the best solution based on client requirements, budget, and time frame.
  • You will engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • You will perform multiple tasks under limited direction, regularly keeping clients and project teams informed of progress and changes.
Requirements
  • Active Workday Certification
  • Hands-on experience in Workday implementation (3-5 years) with direct client interaction
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions to meet client needs
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
