Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to ensure that our engineers in the support department are utilized to their full capacity and that any issues of scheduling and coordination of work are addressed.

This role involves coordinating all IT resources to drive completion of tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization, as well as monitoring service personnel schedules to ensure support coverage and lack of scheduling conflicts.

  • Coordinating engineering calendars and tickets for a global support organization across several time zones.
  • Ensuring prompt service delivery and time entry on service requests.
  • Keeping customers informed of scheduling or service changes or outages.

Responsibilities also include evaluating, prioritizing and assigning IT to support requests, following up where needed to ensure completion of outstanding items.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically strong customer service skills, being able to take possibly frustrated customer calls or difficult situations and find solutions that work for everyone involved.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing top-notch support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Manage or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
