Job Description

The Chief Talent Development Specialist will oversee the daily functions of the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless integration of employees into the organization.

This includes answering employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures, as well as processing onboarding, personnel changes, and terminations in a timely and efficient manner.

A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

The successful candidate must possess 2-4 years' experience as an HR Generalist, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resource programs to support talent acquisition, development, and retention;
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on policies, processes, and benefits;
  • Maintain accurate records and files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Liaise with external vendors and providers to secure services and benefits for employees;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 2-4 years' experience in HR Generalist role with a proven track record of success;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
