The role of Operations Coordinator is a dynamic position that requires an individual who can effectively support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations and project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and project management skills, with proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inboxes with smart triage and clear communication.
  • Own calendar scheduling and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Book travel and accommodation with foresight and efficiency.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-through on action points.
  • Maintain CRMs (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce) with accuracy.
  • Organise and maintain shared drives and filing systems.
  • Compile and manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event reminders.

This role requires 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Specialist, Chief of Staff, or Executive Assistant at mid–senior level. Excellent reporting and presentation-building skills are also essential.
