Appointment Scheduling Professional

Seeking a highly skilled Appointment Scheduling Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our sales process, this role will be responsible for connecting with potential customers and scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiating outbound calls to engage with potential customers
  • Scheduling appointments between contacts/prospective customers and sales team members
  • Accurately documenting information into our system
  • Representing the company in a professional manner during all interactions
  • Ensuring all calls meet the established standards and requirements
  • Providing accurate and timely reports
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at improving processes
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including navigating a computer, using common software applications, and performing simple troubleshooting
  • Reliable internet connection
  • A quiet and professional workspace
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours
