As a seasoned professional in Workday deployments, we are seeking a consultant to lead the way in ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday's Payroll product suite, with a strong focus on Absence and Time Tracking configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient integration solutions that meet client requirements
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert guidance on configuring and testing Workday solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and serve as a role model for professional development
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address complex tasks and requirements
  • Foster clients' adoption of Workday best practices through knowledge transfer and support
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • Minimum 4 years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines and goals
  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
