Job Opportunity
A Workday Certified Time and Absence Consultant is required to ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions. This involves architecting, configuring, and testing the system to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with deep experience in Absence & Time Tracking. They will lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with deep experience in Absence & Time Tracking.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants, serve as a professional role model, and coach others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and work synergistically with team-based projects.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status.

Requirements:
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
