Workday Payroll Consultant Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Workday solutions, driving business growth and innovation. As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will collaborate closely with team members, exercising independent judgment and initiative to manage your workload effectively. Your ability to understand customer requirements will be key in designing and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for clients across various industries and regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations
  • Analyze customer needs and design customized solutions to address specific pain points
  • Support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth and development
Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and communicating complex ideas effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent commercial awareness and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
