Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
