Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
