Job Title

A call center representative is needed to handle inbound and outbound customer service initiatives.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous call center experience
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chats with customers
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Provide product information and answer customer questions
  4. Escalate complex issues to team members or supervisors as needed
  5. Meet performance metrics and adhere to quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
