  3. Documenting all interactions and managing calendars to guarantee accurate scheduling and efficient service delivery.
  4. Tracking no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules to maintain high-quality service standards.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or case management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
