Healthcare Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team in a temporary work-from-home setup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers regarding registration, login, assessment completion, and scoring results.

About the Job

This is an entry-level full-time position that offers a structured career progression and opportunities for growth within the company. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have at least 2 years of bedside/clinical experience, with a valid PRC license.

Key Responsibilities:
