Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of bedside experience as a Registered Nurse in the US and two years of experience handling triage phone calls. It is preferred that they have experience in Emergency Rooms, Operating Rooms, Medical Surgical units, Urgent Care, Triage, Intensive Care Units, or Hemodialysis.

Main responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical reviews of cases not meeting criteria by performing intake assessments, adjudicating (closing) them, requesting additional information, or escalating to Medical Directors.

Fine-tuned communication skills are necessary, including the ability to interact with healthcare professionals and providers in a professional manner.

  • Possesses an active PRC and USRN License
  • At least two years Bedside Experience
  • At least two years Triage Phone Handling Experience
  • Preferably with ER/ OR/ Medical Surgical/ UR/ UM/ Triage/ ICU/ Hemodialysis Experience
