Job Title: Process Improvement Catalyst

Elevate operational excellence by driving process improvements, analyzing and optimizing cross-functional processes to deliver sustainable high-performing outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous learning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, promoting ongoing optimization and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System).
