Patient Engagement Representative
About the Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled and driven Patient Engagement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in revenue growth by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales function with high-quality engagements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and position our offerings effectively.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Experience working in healthcare tech or with medical professionals
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle objections and think on their feet during conversations
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Familiarity with sales automation tools
- A track record of exceeding quotas in an SDR or BDR role
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure messaging
- Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms
