As a content strategist, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations harness the power of customer insights. We're looking for an exceptional individual who will create high-impact content and shape how we communicate complex AI and customer experience concepts to diverse B2B audiences.

Our mission focuses on refining messy unstructured customer feedback data with AI to enable better business decisions. Your content will directly support companies in understanding customer needs, prioritizing investments in experiences that matter, and resolving issues in real time.

You'll be our content expert, transforming complex topics into compelling narratives that deliver real value to different audiences. Great B2B content educates without overwhelming, builds trust through clear writing, and provides actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Content Creation: Write thought leadership articles, how-to guides, competitive analyses, and customer stories that showcase real business impact.
  • Content Strategy Evolution: Lead our content strategy by building content that aligns with real intent, not just keywords. You'll build logical connections between concepts that matter to our business and target audiences.
  • Editorial Excellence & Strategy: Guide freelance writers and occasional contributors to maintain quality standards, repurpose long-form content across channels, and collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business goals and customer journeys.

Requirements:

  • Proven content expertise with 3+ years of experience creating B2B SaaS content that executives actually read and share.
  • A portfolio demonstrating the ability to make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down.
  • Experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization (C-suite, product teams, end users).
  • Track record of creating content that competes for real business topics, not just page ranking and traffic.
  • Master AI-powered content creation with advanced proficiency in emerging tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Understanding of how AI is changing content creation and SEO.
  • Belief in great content educating and empowering rather than confusing or rambling.
  • Natural curiosity about data analytics and feedback-driven business decisions.
  • Process-oriented with obsessive attention to quality and consistency.
