Job Title

A Property Manager is required to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Main responsibilities include lease administration, rent collection, eviction processes, maintaining accurate property records, coordinating inspections and maintenance work orders, inputting and updating property information into software, processing financial transactions, and responding to tenant inquiries.
  • The successful candidate will also handle tenant move-ins and move-outs, enforce lease terms, coordinate with vendors for services, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with property management software preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
